With over 38 years of project management, construction, and development services experience, Gino Baroni serves as the Owner and Managing Principal of Trident Project Advantage Group. Trident’s PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP provides a full array of Project Advisor/Owner’s Project Manager services, including: client advocacy; site analysis and selection; project team recommendations and assembly; project/construction delivery recommendations; scope and budget development; risk management; legal/contract review, negotiations, and administrative oversite; claims management; and building code and permitting processes. Selected projects of Mr. Baroni’s involvement including Luxury Residential projects in MA, NH and Maryland; over 3,200 units of housing in MA, PA, VA and other states; Luxury and Boutique Hotels in multiple states; CCRC projects such as Edgewood Retirement Community – Cottages, Assisted Living, Dementia Living in North Andover, MA; Edgewood Expansion – Independent Living in Woodmont Commons in Londonderry NH; Tuscan Village Development, Salem, NH; Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA; One Post Office Square, Rowes Wharf and One Lincoln Street office tower and garage in Boston, MA; the Ray and Maria Stata Center at MIT in Cambridge, MA; Terminal A Redevelopment for Delta Airlines at Logan International Airport in Boston, MA; the Italian Embassy and Greek Embassy projects in Washington, DC; and Healthcare facilities for Beth Israel as well as MGH Boston and NH.
Craig D. Divino
Craig was a Partner at global management consulting firm Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM) for 30 years retiring from active consulting in 2003 and carrying on as Director Emeritus until the firm was acquired by Price Waterhouse Coopers in 2010. While at PRTM Craig’s major responsibilities included leading the global Supply Chain Management practice, leading the firm’s expansion into Europe, and serving on the firm’s Executive Committee. Subsequent to PRTM Craig has remained active in Private Equity and as CEO of an Enterprise Software Company, Founder and Director of a Community Bank, Founder, CFO and Board Member of a Clean-Tech Waste Management Company. Most recently Craig has been active in Real Estate Development both Commercial and Residential. Craig has been married for the last 43 years to Mary Jane Divino. The couple split their time between the beach in Rye, NH and The Club at Mediterra in Naples Florida where Craig is a member of the Board of Governors. Craig received his undergraduate education at Boston College and his MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Paul A. Grillo, CPA has in excess of 35 years of development, development management, financial analysis, and capital acquisition experience. Mr. Grillo is a Co-Founder of Trident Properties, LLC and is a senior executive in Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP. In his role as a Co-Founder of Trident Properties, LLC, Mr. Grillo is responsible for identifying potential real estate opportunities; identifying trends of next generation development needs; development management oversight; expertise in financial planning, pro-forma analysis and summation; expanding relationships with public financial institutions and private capital sources; coordination with boards, committees and authorities regarding potential and on-going projects. In the development field, Mr. Grillo has entitled a myriad of projects ranging from major hospitality facilities, large condominium projects, and commercial office parks. Most recently, Mr. Grillo completed the Master Plan for the development of a 400-acre parcel on the Hudson River in upstate New York, creating a mixed use PUD including an 18-hole golf course, a boutique hotel and 350 dwelling units. Additionally, Mr. Grillo has been the lead Development Manger on two signature projects in West Palm Beach, Florida – The Palm D’Or and The Modern. The latter required extensive efforts in several parcel acquisitions and consolidation, initial site financing, and site plan and project development regarding the development concept/design encompassing the demolition of the current 30 story, 188,000 sq ft, 279 foot structure and the construction of a 300 foot, 21 story, 84 unit, 542,963 sq ft structure. The development submission received complete final approval by the City Commission of West Palm Beach in 2009. Mr. Grillo brings his past experiences and excellent current working knowledge in project financing, development, permitting, and accounting control to the clients of Trident PROJECT ADVANTAGE GROUP.
